The Blues

Meet some of the biggest musicians and artists from Greenland and the Nordics. They are on stage, together with Varna with her big voice and fragile songs and Marie "Maalia" Mathiassen, as the woman who struggles with love.

Behind the stage, it is Bolatta Silis-Høeg with her strong visual expression and Niviaq Korneliussen with her sharp pen who have provided scenography and costumes and text respectively.

But where would they be without the men to back them up? A well-placed blues band lubricated with just the right amount of masculinity and melancholy gives the women a fight to the finish line.
