WHITEOUT is a dance performance about loss.

The phenomenon WHITEOUT is known as a heavy snowstorm, especially familiar to those living in Arctic regions as an everyday occurrence—where visibility quickly decreases, making it difficult to find one’s way and reconnect with others.

What does it say about our community that we so often lose our young people to something that seems meaningless? And how does it affect the community?

WHITEOUT is a performance based on bodily experiences, exploring through dance the complex layers of human experiences of loss.
