Strange Feathers

Strange Feathers is the first collaboration between the Irish air dance group Fidget Feet and the Icelandic dance group Bird & Bat. With live music and flying dancers, Strange Feathers is suitable for children from 2 to 7 years old and their adults.

In the children's show Strange Feathers, we follow two little birds from the time they hatch, on their exploration of their surroundings and meeting with a musical friend, and until they learn to fly. After the performance, the audience is invited to the stage to meet dancers.

Strange Feathers premiered in Tjarnarbió, Iceland, September 2016 and is co-produced with Riverbank Arts Center in Newbridge Ireland.
